We offer incredible benefits including 100% company paid health, life, dental and retirement plans.  Our construction department has grown tremendously in the past year and we are expecting even more growth.  We are preferred construction service providers for more than 25 insurance carriers and receive new claims daily.  This job requires significant construction experience, and management experience is preferred but not necessary.  Experience with the estimating software Xactimate and experience dealing with insurance claims is also a major plus.  Job requires computer proficiency, organizational skills, subcontractor management, and the ability to make and maintain a budget. Compensation: $35-$50K + performance bonuses, health, life, dental insurance and retirement options.
