Associated Builders and Contractors, Central Texas Chapter entered a Strategic Partnership with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Austin Area Office. The overall goal of the partnership is to create a relationship that focuses on preventing fatalities, controlling or eliminating serious hazards and improving the safety management system.
The impact this Partnership will have will be invaluable for the Austin Metro and surrounding areas as this Partnership will also strive to reduce injury/illness rates, insurance costs and compensation claims through increasing communication with OSHA and the construction community.
